Exchanges and Refunds
- Vision Enhancers will be happy to exchange or refund the cost of items returned within 14 days of dispatch date provided they are returned in resalable condition in the original packaging.
- Customers should inform Vision Enhancers that they wish to return an item before sending said item on the post. This is so we're aware and can process the return and refund accordingly.
- Customers should also inform Vision Enhancers of any damaged goods on the day they are received.
- Customers will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us at the address below. Refunds will not be processed until the returned goods have been received. For exchanged goods the standard delivery charge will be applied to re-despatch.
- Should we be unable to supply a product we will not be liable for compensation or damages and will refund you in full.
