IV PROSHIELD Fit Over Sunglasses

ImproVision's PROSHIELD fit over sunglasses are a great alternative to traditional sunglasses for people with low vision and diverse eye conditions. They feature comfort and blue blocking filters that provide 100% UV light protection and enhance visual acuity by increasing contrast and reducing glare. 

These sunglasses can be worn over normal prescription glasses or independently. The frame has been especially designed to block damaging UV light and glare from all angles, featuring integrated side shields  to provide 360^o protection whilst maximising the light available to the eyes. The black colour of the frames has also been specifically chosen to reduce light reflections. It's just as if your eyes were surrounded by a protective cocoon.

Lenses are available in a choice of four different tints, each better suited for particular conditions and situations:

Amber 

This comfort filter it's useful for outdoor use on cloudy days and can also be ideal for all computer work.

Yellow

This blue blocker filter is ideal for any kind of computer work and it's also recommended for outdoor use on cloudy days.

Light orange

This comfort filter provides colour-neutral vision and it's great for outdoor activities on cloudy days, such as hiking or cycling.

• Blocks 95% of harmful blue light up to 500nm

• Macular degeneration
• Cataracts
• Diabetic retinopathy
  

Orange

This blue blocker filter significantly reduces glare in high light conditions. They're great for all outdoor activities on cloudy days.

• Diabetic retinopathy
